Should you opt to create an account with us, including our rewards program, you will be able to see your purchase history. Please remember that we do not retail your card or bank details. It should go without saying that your password is your responsibility and you should make certain it is kept safely. Bledlow Bees cannot be held responsible should your password be obtained illegally or without your permission. If you'd like to see more information about your personal details and how we use that information, please see our Privacy Policy. Lastly it is not a requirement to have an account to purchase from us. You can do so without signing up.

Our products

The products that are shown as handmade by us are produced, hand cut, labelled, packaged and sent for delivery by us. Because these products are natural and handmade, the size, shape, colour, design and weight may vary from individual product to product. Dimensions, weights and use time should be taken a good approximation. Every product is subject to availability and we retain the right to remove, or change, our products at any time. We also cannot guarantee that all products are always in stock or available. Should an item be out of stock, you will have the ability to pre-order though please be away that soap takes some time to dry and be ready for use. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information.

Products may change by season, holiday or event and we reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.

Products that are not produced by us are sourced from third parties who share our commitment and responsibility to the environment.

Products and Ingredient descriptions

We at Bledlow Bees will always try to give proper and accurate descriptions for our products and their ingredients. Please note that we are not medical practitioners and make no claim that our products have medical benefits, nor that they will help with ongoing, or new, ailments. This applies to both mental and / or physical conditions.

In the event that your card payments are unauthorised, you will receive an email from us making you aware and your order status will change to on hold. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed. All payments shall be in GBP.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Returns

We love our soaps and we hope you will too. We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they’re perfect.  If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us at info@bledlowbees.co.uk and we will be very happy to assist you.

Free shipping is only included with a discount. As such, if items are returned that take your order value under the ‘Free when you spend’ amount, the shipping discount will be claimed back.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Deliveries

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost, then please email info@bledlowbees.co.uk and we will investigate what’s gone wrong.

Bledlow Bees is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you have received a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then consider damage claims on an individual basis.

Offers, promotions and discounts

From time to time, you may be offers a promotion, discount of other offer. We reserve the right to run these programs at our discretion and to be able to remove them at any time. Please note that only one offer or promotion may be used for each shopping cart purchase.
