What information do we collect?

When you use this site, it will automatically collect specific information from you. So much of what we all do now relies on the internet, and for us to make sure your experience with Bledlow Bees is as good as we can make it, we need some information from you. Primarily we use it in order to complete your purchases and deliveries. This includes making sure we can process payments securely. We  also use that information to communicate with you regarding invoices, purchase status, delivery times etc. We also need to keep you, and us, safe and secure online and this information helps spot, and protect against, fraud which particularly relates to your IP address. If at such time we create a newsletter, we will also use your information to keep you up to date with new products, offers and events. Of course you will be asked to subscribe, and can unsubscribe, as you wish to.

How long will you keep my information?

We'll only keep it until we have completed the purpose of collecting it in the first place. At end of that process, your information will not be identifiable and will only be used for data analysis along with rolled up macro statistics so that we can learn to service you better in the future. In general, your personal information will be help for up to five years. 

Sharing your information

Please rest assured, Bledlow Bees will never sell your information, nor share it with anyone else that is not necessary for the smooth delivery of a service to you, our customer. We do need to share it with our postal delivery providers, The Royal Mail,  and if you have any questions relating to their privacy policy, please do contact them.

How we look after your payments
